SHINWA LAW (“Our Firm”) will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and regulations and comply with this Privacy Policy.

1. Acquisition of personal information

Our Firm will acquire personal information by legitimate means.

2. Purpose of use of personal information

Our Firm will use personal information for the following purposes. Our firm will not use the personal information for any purpose outside of those listed below without the individual’s consent is obtained, except where permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations.

  • (3)Sending publications , papers, other legal information and greeting cards such as New Year’s cards, etc.

  • (5)Recruitment selection, communication, and personnel management after recruitment
  • (6)Any other purpose incidental to those listed above.

3. Provision of personal information to third parties

Our Firm will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws and regulations with regard to the provision of personal information to third parties.

4. Management of the security of personal information

Our Firm will manage all personal information in an appropriate manner and put in place proper measures to prevent the disclosure or loss of, tampering with, or damage to, any personal information in our custody, by implementing operational procedures and instructing our staff.

5. Notification of purpose of use, disclosure, amendment, etc., suspension of use, etc. of personal information

In the event that Our Firm receives from an individual whose personal information Our Firm holds a request to disclose that information, to amend, supplement or delete that information, to suspend the information, to cease providing that information to a third party, or to inform that individual of the purpose of use of that information, then Our Firm will promptly respond to that request in good faith in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, after first confirming that the request is from the individual to whom the information relates.

If your request does not meet the requirements set forth in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, or if there is a reason to refuse disclosure under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations, your request may not be responded.

Fees may be charged when notifying or disclosing for the purpose of use of personal information.
